Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time is 7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that these times are estimates and do not constitute strictly guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can check the location of your package at any time.

Shipping Delays

Although we do everything possible to ensure timely deliveries, delays beyond our control may occur (customs clearance processes, delays by the shipping company, or high-demand periods).

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is correct. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we will not be able to guarantee delivery or offer a replacement at no additional cost.
