Returns and Eligibility (30 Days)
To be eligible for a return within the 30-day period:

The product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging (as this is a hygienic pet item, it must not have been used with animals).

European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU legislation, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing a reason. The product must remain in its original packaging and be unused.
Defective or Damaged Products Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product arrives broken or factory-defective, contact us immediately, attaching a photo or video of the issue. In such cases, we will arrange for a brand-new unit to be sent at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived defective or damaged. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
